Account and order details you provide: name, email, organization, research affiliation, shipping address, optional phone number and your research-use attestation. Messages you send through contact, wholesale, newsletter, gift-card and text-alert forms.
We do not collect or store bank account or routing numbers. ACH payment details are entered only on our payment processor's secure page.
How we use it
To process and ship orders, confirm payment status, maintain order and rewards history, respond to support requests, send messages you opted into, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — hosting, payment processing, shipping carriers and messaging — and only as needed for that service, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies & storage
Your browser stores your cart, age-confirmation choice and sign-in session. A secure, HttpOnly cookie lets you view an order confirmation you placed without an account. We do not use advertising cookies.
Retention & security
Order records are retained as required for accounting and compliance. Access to stored information is restricted by row-level permissions so each account can read only its own records, and form submissions are not publicly readable.
Your choices
Update profile details and email or text preferences in account settings. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. To access or delete your information, email support@anchorbaylabs.com.
