All materials are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical use. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements or cosmetics, are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and must not be administered to humans or animals.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and purchasing on behalf of yourself or an organization that conducts qualified research. You are responsible for knowing and following every law, regulation and institutional policy that applies to the materials in your jurisdiction. We may request documentation and may refuse or cancel any order.
3. Accounts
Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and tell us promptly about unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or misrepresent intended use.
4. Orders & Pricing
Payment is by ACH bank transfer through a secure payment link. An order is awaiting payment until the transfer clears; orders ship only after payment clears, typically in 1–3 business days. Placing an order does not authorize shipment before cleared payment. Prices and availability are confirmed when the order is placed. Bank account and routing numbers are provided only to the payment processor, never through this website's forms.
Promotions such as buy-one-get-one apply only while advertised and only to the matching compound and size. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund of any amount paid.
5. Shipping & risk of loss
We ship tracked within the United States only. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package. See the Shipping page for timelines and the Returns & Refunds page for order issues.
6. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to resell materials for human or veterinary use, label or market them for consumption, misstate your intended use, interfere with the website's security, or scrape content at a volume that degrades service.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Each lot is supplied with the analytical results shown on its certificate. Beyond conformity to that certificate, materials and the website are provided as is, without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
Anchor Bay Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any misuse of materials. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to it.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Anchor Bay Labs against claims arising from your misuse of materials, breach of these terms or violation of law.
10. Governing law & disputes
These terms and any dispute arising from them or from a purchase are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Claims may be brought only in your individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding.
