Rewards recognise labs that order repeatedly. Points are recorded when an order is placed and become available once its ACH payment clears.

How points are earned

Every dollar of product subtotal earns 1 point. Shipping, taxes and gift-card purchases do not earn points. Points stay pending until the order's ACH payment clears, then become available in your account.

Each 100 available points can be redeemed for $5 in catalog credit. Credit is applied automatically at checkout in point increments and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Referrals

Every account has a personal referral code. A colleague who signs up with it receives $15 off a first order of $100 or more. When that order's payment clears, the referrer earns 500 points.

Referral credit is limited to one per new researcher account and cannot be applied to your own account.

Program terms

Points have no cash value, are non-transferable and expire after 12 months without a cleared order. Points from cancelled, refunded or failed-payment orders are removed. Anchor Bay Labs may update the program with notice on this page.
