Standard tracked shipping is a $15.00 flat rate per order and free on product subtotals of $200 or more.
Processing
Orders ship after ACH payment clears, typically 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Cleared orders received before 2:00 PM PT on a business day are dispatched the same day; later orders ship the next business day.
Delivery
Transit takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. A tracking number is emailed when the label is created and appears on your order page.
Where we ship
All 50 states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship internationally, to freight forwarders or to U.S. territories.
Packaging
Individually sealed, room-temperature-stable vials, packed with protective inserts in plain outer packaging. Lyophilized materials are stable in transit at ambient temperature; store them as listed on each product page once received.
Delivery issues
Damaged, missing or lost packages are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy. Contact support@anchorbaylabs.com with your order number.
