If a vial arrives damaged, the wrong compound or size ships, or an item is missing, email support@anchorbaylabs.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and vials. We'll ship a replacement or refund the affected items.
Unopened returns
Opened vials cannot be returned. Unopened, sealed vials may be returned within 14 days of delivery for refund of the item price once received and inspected; return shipping is the purchaser's responsibility unless we made the error.
Cancellations
Orders awaiting ACH payment can be cancelled at no charge by contacting support. Once payment clears and an order is packed, it can no longer be cancelled.
Lost packages
If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days or a package is marked delivered but not received, contact us. We'll open a carrier claim and reship or refund once it is resolved.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the originating bank account by ACH within 5–10 business days. BOGO free vials carry no refundable value; refunds for a promotional pair cover the paid unit.
